Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

No Final Sale Items: We do not currently sell "Final Sale" items. All items purchased on our store are fully eligible for return within the 30-day window.

Free Return Shipping: BERLOO covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: $0.00. We charge no restocking fees for any returned items.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@berloo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
